Note: 

1. Applications regarding excuses are made within 5 (five) business days following the emergence of the excuse, with petitions to the Gazi Education Faculty Dean's Office with the supporting documents attached. 

2. The excuse requests of students for valid reasons will be evaluated and decided by the Faculty Board of Directors in accordance with the provisions of the Gazi University Directive of Valid Cause.

In the petition, student information, the name of the course for which the exam cannot be taken, and the name of the instructor should be stated.
