Make-up exams for associate and undergraduate students that meet the conditions specified in Gazi University Associate and Undergraduate Students' Make-Up Exams Directive will be held between 13-15 September 2021.

Students who are in their last year, who have taken all their courses at least once and who have failed at most three (3) courses (with a maximum of three courses left for graduation), can submit their three course make-up exam applications by filling out the form below on the pandemibut@gazi.edu.tr e-mail address. They will send it to the postal address between 5-8 September 2021. The application form should be sent to the specified address only once, and repeated applications should not be made. Applications will start on September 5, 2021, and end on Wednesday, September 8, 2021, at 12:00. Applications submitted after this date and time will not be processed.

In line with the provisions of “Gazi University Re-sit Exams Directive for Associate and Undergraduate Students”:

1-The student must be able to qualify for graduation if he/she gets a valid grade in a maximum of three (3) courses that he/she has failed.

2-The student must have taken these courses at least once (1) and met the attendance requirement. If he/she has taken the courses more than once, he/she must have met the course attendance requirement in the last semester and should apply only by considering the grade he/she received in the last semester.

3-Students with an AGPA of 2.00 and above can apply only for the courses they failed with FF and FD grades, while students with a CGPA less than 2.00 can apply for the courses they failed with DC, DD, FD and FF grades.

Face-to-face exams are planned to be held on September 13, 2021, and exams for theoretical courses are planned to be held online between September 14-15, 2021.
