As a result of the agreement between the Department of Physics Education at Gazi Faculty of Education and the Feza Gürsey Science Center; under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Uygar KANLI, who teaches the “Out-of-School Learning Environments” course focused on community service activities, the department’s students dedicated themselves to contributing to the science center’s events as “Volunteer Guides” during the fall semester of the 2025-2026 academic year.

Since the 2013-2014 academic year, within the Department of Physics Education , this program has contributed to the development of our students’ professional knowledge, the practical application of their sense of social responsibility, and the enhancement of their effective communication and self-assessment skills. Certificates were presented to our students and the relevant faculty member by our Dean, Prof. Dr. Bilal GÜNEŞ, and our Department/Division Chair, Prof. Dr. Musa SARI.

Additionally, certificates of appreciation were presented to Adnan TOPRAK, the director of the Feza Gürsey Science Center, and Mehmet ARDIÇ, a staff member of the science center, in recognition of their collaboration.
