An online event on "Proactive Learning Environments" was organized by the Department of Primary School Education of our faculty. The session manager of the event was Gazi Education Faculty Basic Education Department Head Prof. Dr. Rabia SARIKAYA. Bulgaria, The South-West -Neofit Rilski University Faculty of Pedagogy Lecturer Assoc. Dr. Sofia DERMENDZHIEVA attended the event as a speaker; Our Dean Prof. Dr. Mahmut SELVİ, Deputy Dean Prof. Dr. Yasin ÜNSAL, Head of Basic Education Department and Head of Primary School Education Department Prof. Dr. Rabia SARIKAYA, faculty members and students attended.

In the opening speech of the program, Prof. Dr. Rabia SARIKAYA expressed her thanks to Assoc. Dr. Sofia DERMENDZHIEVA and Prof. Dr. Gergena DYANKOVA, who were hosted as part of Erasmus (+) international mobility programs, our Dean's Office and those who contributed to GUZEM, the press and other units.

After Prof. Dr. Rabia SARIKAYA's opening speech, Assoc. Dr. Sofia DERMENDZHIEVA delivered her presentation on what proactive learning environments contain, their importance and necessity, and their application in schools. After the presentation, there was a question-and-answer session.

Making the closing speech of the program, our Dean Prof. Dr. Mahmut SELVİ expressed his thanks to The South-West -Neofit Rilski University in Bulgaria, Faculty of Pedagogy Lecturers Assoc. Dr. Sofia DERMENDZHIEVA and Prof. Dr. Gergena DYANKOVA, Department of Classroom Education, Belgin DORUK and Sibel HACIBEKİR who acted as the translator of the event, the team providing technical support, faculty members and students who participated.
